i found the staff consistently helpful and cheerful. the accommodation featured beautiful decor and seemed well maintained. the food was fabulous and i enjoyed both an evening meal and breakfast, finding them top notch i will return
i noticed the absence of lifts in the hotel. this is something to consider if you have health issues. i found this inconvenient

comfortable bed relaxed atmosphere
The room included music playing upon entry, a detail i noticed. the bed was quite large and comfortable. I slept soundly. the restaurant provided tasty food. the bar had a relaxed atmosphere.
the tv signal in my room was intermittent.

tidy room lovely bar attentive staff
the room was nothing messy the bar and restaurant was lovely the staff were attentive i had both breakfast and dinner there the food was really good and hot. the hotel is right in middle of town i could walk to shops easily i came to visit the british ironworks centre and it was a short trip.
the bedroom has no door which was odd

the fifth time we stayed shows our satisfaction. the food remains five star quality. i found the staff perfect and attentive. the hosts add something extra to the visit.
tv reception struggled at times. the floorboards creaked slightly as i walked around. i noticed no major issues overall.
