the staff was attentive and efficient. each person smiled and seemed eager to help with any request. the bar served excellent cocktails in a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel also has a dedicated car park which is rare.
the room lacked a telephone for quick inquiries about the hotel services.

The room included music playing upon entry, a detail i noticed. the bed was quite large and comfortable. I slept soundly. the restaurant provided tasty food. the bar had a relaxed atmosphere.
the tv signal in my room was intermittent.

tidy roomlovely barattentive staff
the room was nothing messy the bar and restaurant was lovely the staff were attentive i had both breakfast and dinner there the food was really good and hot. the hotel is right in middle of town i could walk to shops easily i came to visit the british ironworks centre and it was a short trip.
the bedroom has no door which was odd

tv reception struggled at times. the floorboards creaked slightly as i walked around. i noticed no major issues overall.
